Installation of Allied Signal (Bendix King) CAS 67 TCAS II Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System in accordance with Learjet Master Document List M100132ICT, Revision D, dated June 23, 1995, FAA approved July 26, 1995, or later FAA approved revision.

1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the modified aircraft.

4. The M100132ICT-4 or –5 is a pre-requisite or concurrent requirement for the –6 configuration of this STC.

This certificate and the supporting data which are the bases for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
