The STC installs a Honeywell Jetwave™ KA Band Satellite Data System in accordance with Bombardier Master Document List (MDL), Document number BAS67017022, Revision B, dated August 2, 2016 or later FAA approved revision. Operation must be in accordance with Learjet Inc.’s Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number BAS67047020, revision NC, dated and FAA approved on August 4, 2016, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The AFMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. Maintenance for the MDL -1 configuration must be in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), document number BAS67017022-ICA-1, revision A, dated April 5, 2016, or later FAA accepted revision.
3. Maintenance for the MDL -2 configuration must be in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), document number BAS67017022-ICA-2, revision NC, dated September 18, 2015 or later FAA accepted revision.
4. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
5. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Bombardier, Inc. BD-700- 1A10 and BD-700-1A11 aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS T00003NY.
