1. Installation of 1090MHz Extended Squitter Automatic Dependent Surveillance - B (ADSB) out system must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Master Data List Document No. 0390-01-A-MDL-R00, dated July 12, 2019, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance of this modification must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No.
0390-01-A-ICA-R00 dated May 14, 2019, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Flight Manual Supplement No. 0390-01-A-AFMS-R00, dated July 2, 2019, or later EASA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The following STC is a prerequisite to this modification: FAA STC ST04436AT, issued December 13, 2018 - Installation of Rockwell Collins Multi-Mode Receiver (MMR).
