1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number S010-TP-49, Rev (A) dated June 10, 2020, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification for configuration -01 thru -04 as listed on the MDL.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number B1065-TP-49, Rev (A) dated May 17, 2021, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification for configuration -05 as listed on the MDL.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulation(s):

14 CFR 25.251(b) Vibration and Buffeting (documented in TSB ELOS Memorandum (ST10078CH-T-F-1).

6. In addition to the basic aircraft maintenance manuals, the aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instruction for Airworthiness ICA Document S010-TP-05, revision (008) Airworthiness Limitations dated June 11, 2021 or later FAA approved revision.

7. In accordance with FAA Seattle Aircraft Certification Office letter dated June 28, 2021 [Refer to 782-21-8795a], this modification is FAA approved as an Alternative Method of Compliance (AMOC) to the requirements of paragraph (g) and

(h) of Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2013-19-23 for the area of PSE 53-60-01-2 covered by this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115, 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for The Boeing Company 737-700 Series, 737-700C Series aircraft Installation of a Dual Modem K/Ka-Band SATCOM Terminal and Wireless Cabin System is as follows:
