3) This installation approval does not include Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) computers. Operational approval of the EFB computers should follow the guidance in Advisory Circular (AC) No. 120-76D, or other FAA approved guidance.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
