Installation of an Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast Out (ADS-B Out) Collins Transponders (TPR-901) with GPS FreeFlight Model 1203C on Boeing 747 aircraft with Canard Aerospace Corporation (CAC) Document Control Drawing 40217 Rev B, dated December 30, 2019, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installed must determine the Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications.

2) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), ADS-B out, Canard Aerospace Corporation Document No. 34-3651-06, Revision NC, FAA Approved January 06, 2020, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the aircraft.

3) FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Canard Aerospace Corporation (CAC) Document Number 34- 3651-07, Revision A, dated March 12, 2019 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

a. The type certification basis for Boeing 747-100, 747-100B, 747-100B SUD, 747-200B, 747-200C, 747-200F, 747SP, and 747-300 Series airplanes is shown on TCDS A20WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, December 12, 2018, is as shown on TCDS A20WE. In addition, the holder of this certificate has complied with 14 CFR Part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-120 and Part 26 as amended by Amendment 26-3 with the following exceptions:
