1. The WestJet Seating Layout, Business Class, must be accomplished in accordance with KF Aerospace Modification Data Summary, K415-102-001-002, Revision NC, dated February 12, 2019, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with the existing Transport Canada approved flight manual.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with KF Aerospace Maintenance Manual Supplement, K415-102-001-012, dated January 15, 2019, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

4. All maintenance on Recaro seats is to be accomplished in accordance with Recaro Component Maintenance Manual, 25-26-34, See Description of Type Design Change continued on Page 3 of 3

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The existing operator's approved maintenance program remains applicable.
