1. Installation of the Honeywell CAS 67A TCAS II / Dual MST 67A Mode S Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL09061, Revision D, Transport Canada approved November 1, 2019, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Executive Air Craft Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS09061-1, Revision A, Transport Canada approved November 5, 2015, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted Executive Air Craft Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement (See Description of Type Design Change continued on Page 3 of 3)

1. Compliance with Chapter 4.0 "Airworthiness Limitations" of the Maintenance Manual Supplement is mandatory.

2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in LEARJET 36A, s/n 037. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
