3. Aircraft is to operated in accordance with Dassault Falcon Service Supplement Maintenance Manual as listed on FAA AML No. ST04469NY.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The minor modification DFS D260A (or later approved issue) on Falcon 2000EX Post-mod (M1691, M1745 and M1504) and the modification DFS 9871A on F900EX EASy post-mod (M3083) and DFS 7117 A (or later issue) on Falcon 7X are a pre-requisite for this design change.

5. If aircraft with FANS 1/A activated, the FANS 1/A must be de-activated.
