FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for the Rockwell Collins Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) Out System, 2-205097-865, Rev IR, Dated June 16, 2020, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC. Instructions of continued airworthiness (ICA), document No. 2-205097-864, Rev C, dated June 30, 2020, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 757-200 series aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Boeing 757-200 Series airplanes is shown on TCDS A2NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, March 29, 2019 is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-145. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
