Installation of the Audio System must be done in accordance with Cascade Aerospace Engineering Order EO 4560, Rev. 3, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved April 12, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision, and Cascade Aerospace Master Document List MDL 4560, Rev. 3, TCCA approved April 12, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with Cascade Aerospace Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS 4560, Rev. 3, TCCA accepted April 12, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
