1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the “Limitations” section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change Section of this STC.

2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with ST Engineering Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed below:

-For A321-211/-231: Document No. 349/AED/ICA001, Revision G, dated March 26, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions is required with this installation or, -For A320-214/232: Document No. 349/AED/ICA002, Revision C, dated March 26, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions is required with this installation.

3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Airplane Flight Manual as listed below:

-For A321-211/-231: Document No. A321P2F-AFM-ENV, Revision 14, dated November 15, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions is required with this installation or, -For A320-214/232: Document No. A320P2F-AFM-ENV, revision 02, dated November 25, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions is required with this installation.

4. This STC covers two options for Lavatory W installation: (1) Lavatory W from manufacturer VT Volant Aerospace with P/N series D252R4257-XXX-00, or (2) Lavatory W from manufacturer Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH in accordance with Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Master Drawing List Document No. EFW-E-MDL-00280, Rev.

D, dated November 21, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The following EASA approved Mandatory Airworthiness Limitations are required for this modification:

a. Airworthiness Limitation section in the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of Type Design Change Section of this STC.

b. Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Airworthiness Limitation Item (ALS Part 2), Document No. A320/A321P2F-ALS_Part2-ALI-ENV, Revision 08, dated July 15, 2024, and MSN specific DTI Manuals or later EASA approved revisions.

c. EFW Certification Maintenance Requirement Supplement (ALS Part 3), Document No. A320/A321P2F-ALS_Part3-CMR-ENV, Revision 03, dated June 15, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

d. Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Airworthiness Limitation Item (ALS Part 4), Document No. A320/A321P2F-ALS_Part4-SEMR-ENV, Revision 02, dated June 15, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

3. The type-design reliability and performance of the A321-211/-231 and A320-214/232 have been evaluated in accordance with 14 CFR 25.1535 and found suitable for 180-minute maximum diversion time extended operations (ETOPS) when the configuration, maintenance,and procedures standards contained in the applicable revision of Airbus document reference, “EFW A320/A321P2F ETOPS Configuration,Maintenance, Procedure and Dispatch Standards CMP Supplement Document”A320/A321P2F-CMP, Revision 00, dated March 01, 2022, are met. This finding does not constitute approval to conduct ETOPS.

4. To carry cargo, an FAA approved Cargo Loading System must be installed, which is not part of this STC. Transportation of cargo must be per Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH "A320/A321 P2F Weight and Balance Manual WBM Supplement Envelope (ENV)", Document No. A320/A321P2F-WBM-ENV, Revision 09, dated January 15, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

5. The following Airbus Cockpit Computer Modifications must be installed in conjunction with this STC:

a. EIS2 S15 Standard, Mod 163156, or EIS1 V80 Standard (Mod 164010) or higher standards (A321P2F and A320 P2F).

b. FWS F10 Standard, Mod 162159, or higher standards (A321P2F).

c. FWS F12 Standard Mod 163413 or higher standards (A320P2F).

6. For an operator to fly beyond 48,000 FC/96,000FH, whichever occurs first, Service Bulletin EFW-SB-53-0066 shall be complied with Airbus SB A320-53-1261, Revision 04, or later revisions, and Airbus SB A320-53-1364, initial issue or later revisions.

7. Authorized persons are allowed to access to the Main Deck Cargo Compartment, except during taxi, takeoff, and landing, with the Installation of Optional Redefined Flight Deck Option A and In-Flight Access to Class E Cargo Compartment with associated modifications. Access to the main deck cargo compartment is otherwise prohibited in all phases of the flight.

8. A maximum of three (3) authorized persons are allowed when this STC is installed.

9. This STC affects portions of the inspections required by the following list of Airworthiness Directives (ADs). Alternate inspections for those aircraft affected by this STC have been approved via Alternate Methods of Compliance (AMOCs) to the following list of ADs:

10. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

11. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

12. The MMEL relief letter record 1661956740 is applicable to this STC for models A321/A320 series.

13. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the A321-211/231 and A320-214/232 Models.

14. The following Airbus ADIRU computer Modifications must be installed in conjunction with this STC (A320P2F only):

a. ADIRU Honeywell Block II AE25 standard MOD 166461 or AE45 standard MOD 166462.

b. ADIRU Northrop Grumman:Standard -319 with H/W -303 standard MOD 166463 or H/W -304 standard MOD 166464.

15. Approved Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) are to be installed on the A320P2F aircraft as required:

a. For Portable ELT: Drawing numbers D252R1218-000-00 or D252R1218-002-00 or later EASA approved installations of the Portable ELT Part Number identified in the drawing.

b. For Fixed ELT: Drawing Number D255R1493-004-00, or later EASA approved installations of the Fixed ELT Part Number identified in the drawing.
