1. Installation of the IS&S LPV Approach Navigator system must be done in accordance with First Air Master Data List 1D-13016, Revision FA5, dated April 23, 2020.

2. Operation must be done in accordance with First Air Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 1D-13001, Revision 7, dated January 29, 2020. .

3. Maintenance must be done in accordance with IS&S Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 1D-13013, Revision 6, dated September 13, 2019.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. The Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, 1D-13013, is mandatory.

4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make, Model and Series.

5. As a prerequisite, the aircraft must have an approved GPS installation that the Smith's FMC can use for Enroute and Terminal navigation, prior to, or concurrent with this modification.

6. As a prerequisite, the aircraft must have the IS&S Flat Panel Display modification, STC ST03125NY, dated April 28, 2014, or later approved revisions, installed prior to, or concurrent with this modification.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
