1. Spectralux Dlink+ with CPDLC installation in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Limited Master Document List MDL/282-050 Issue 76, dated July 31, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Aircraft operation in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Limited Aircraft Manual Supplement FMS/0282-002, Issue 33, dated April 07, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Limited Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS/282-012, Issue 2, dated April 17, 2014 or later EASA accepted revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
