Technical Master Documents and Drawing List (MDL), 9469-25-000, Revision E, dated November 17, 2021, or later FAA Approved Revision. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, U10-0633, Revision A, dated July 19, 2021, or later FAA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, U10-0632, Revision NC, dated July 13, 2021, or later FAA approved revision in addition to the basic airplane maintenance manuals.

(2) This STC requires prior or concurrent modification by STC ST04177NY for the installation of ALI LED Cabin Lighting, Cabin and Crew AC Power Outlets, USB Power Ports, LH Fwd Closet, and Misc Cabin Mods.

(2) For the EMB-145EP, EMB-145ER, EMB-145LR, EMB-145MP, installation of a 22 passenger configuration in accordance with U.S. Technical Master Documents and Drawing List (MDL), 22309-25-000, Revision NC, dated July 12, 2023, or later FAA Approved Revision. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, U10-0735, Revision NC, dated July 12, 2023, or later FAA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, U10-0632, Revision E, dated June 20, 2023, or later FAA approved revision in addition to the basic airplane maintenance manuals.

(3) For the EMB-135KE, EMB-135KL, installation of an 18 passenger configuration in accordance with U.S.

Technical Master Documents and Drawing List (MDL), 23076-25-000, Revision IR, dated October 27, 2023, or later FAA Approved Revision. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, U10-0785, Revision NC, dated October 27, 2023, or later FAA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, U10-0632, Revision F, dated September 26, 2023, or later FAA approved revision in addition to the basic airplane maintenance manuals.

(3) This STC requires prior or concurrent modification by STC ST04333NY or ST02310AT for the installation of the SAF-T-GLO Photoluminescent Aisle Path Marking System.

(4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(5) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make: EMBRAER S.A., Models: EMB-135ER, EMB-135LR, EMB-145EP, EMB-145ER, EMB-145LR, EMB-145MP, EMB-135KE, EMB-135KL.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Embraer S.A., EMB-135LR and EMB-135ER, Installation of a 16 passenger configuration is as follows:

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, April 19, 2021, is based upon TCDS T00011AT.
