1. PM-CPDLC with MKII+ CMU and VDR upgrade in accordance with 328 Support Services GmbH Master Document List MDL168Z001 Revision A, dated March 12, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Aircraft operation in accordance with 328 Support Services GmbH Airplane Operations Manual Supplement AOMS014M232Z0001, Revision A, dated March 16, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.
3. Maintenance in accordance with 328 Support Services GmbH Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement AMMS014M232Z0001, Issue B, dated March 12, 2020 or later EASA accepted revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
