1. Installation of Zero Passenger Layout of Passenger Accommodation (LOPA) must be in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Master Document List Document No. MDL/883-099, Issue 1, dated August 26, 2016, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved revisions.

2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Aircraft Manual Supplement Document No.

MMS/883-013, Issue 1, dated August 26, 2016, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operation must be in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Flight Manual Supplement Document No. FMS/883-015, Issue 1, dated August 30, 2016, or later EASA approved revisions .

1. Operation must be in accordance with the "Limitations" section of Eirtech Aviation Services Flight Manual Supplement Document No. FMS/883-015, Issue 1, dated August 30, 2016, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
