2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The instructions contained in the Guidance for Follow-on Installation, GCD000033794, Revision - or later approved revision must be followed for subsequent installations of this STC.

4. Installation of the Mid-Cabin Divider with Pocketing Door (See Type Certificate Data Sheet Note 18) is intended for airplane use under 14 CFR part 91. Airplane use under 14 CFR Part 135 requires the pocketing door to be locked in an open position in accordance with the procedures contained within the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness GCD000037290, Revision A, dated December 17, 2024 or later FAA accepted revision is required.

5. This STC approves the installation of an alternative non-halon portable fire bottle in lieu of a Halon 1211 portable fire bottle referenced in TCDS T00015AT, Section titled:

ADDITIONAL DESIGN REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS, Class B Cargo Compartment, required design feature 3. Design feature 3 is replaced with:

The Halotron (BrX [2-BTP]) portable fire bottle charged with 12.5 pounds of agent and a UL Rating of 2A:10B:C must be installed adjacent to the compartment.
