The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

The Illustrated Parts Catalog & Component Maintenance Manual, U.S. Cargo Systems Publication No. 50-20-43, Rev. 3.0, dated April 12, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision; the Cargo Loading Manual, U.S. Cargo Systems Publication No. 50-20-44, Rev. 1.0, dated February 7, 2020, or later FAA accepted revision; the Weight and Balance Report for PEMCO B737-700 71150 Series Cargo Loading System, RPT-3953, Issue 3.0, dated April 14, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision; and the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for PEMCO B737-700 71150 Series Cargo Loading System Modification Kit, RPT-3955, Issue 1.0, dated May 19, 2021, or later FAA accepted revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 737-700 series airplane is as follows:
