Installation of the Bendix King MST 70B Mode S Transponder for Automatic Detection Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) Out must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL19009 Revision B, TCCA approved on February 7, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Operation of the Bendix King MST 70B Mode S Transponder for ADS-B Out must be in accordance with TCCA approved Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS19009-1 Revision N/C, TCCA approved on February 7, 2020 or later TCCA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
