3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, West Star Aviation Document No. C21339M-273, Revision I/R, approved December 15, 2022, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
