Document No. CAI-3444-01-0002, Rev. IR, Dated October 23, 2023, or later FAA approved revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Makes and Models as detailed in Chippewa Aerospace Approved Model List (AML) No. CAI-3444-01-1009 Rev IR dated 12/5/2023 or later FAA approved revision is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Makes and Models as detailed in Chippewa Aerospace Approved Model List (AML) No. CAI-3444-01-1009 Rev IR dated 12/5/2023 or later FAA approved revision is shown on the respective TCDS on the AML CAI-3444-01-1009 Rev IR dated 12/5/2023 or later FAA approved revision for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, July 24, 2023, is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-148.
