1. Installation of an additional seat track (at RBL61.00) to accommodate installation of a Crew Rest Seat to be accomplished in accordance with Elisen Technologies Master Data List MDL-43B6-1103, Revision NC, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance to be in accordance with Elisen Technologies Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-43B6-1103, Revision NC, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This approval is limited to the following serial numbers: 33423 and 33424.
4. This approval is limited to only the installation of an additional seat track to accommodate installation of Crew Rest Seat provisions. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
