FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number LP5709-2007, Revision (IR), dated September 15, 2022, or later FAA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification.

The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. LP5709-2006, Revision (C), dated December 19, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision in addition to the basic airplane maintenance manuals.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. The installer must ensure TPED tolerance of aircraft. This may require prior or concurrent embodiment of a TPED STC or Service Bulletin.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Dassault Aviation Mystere-Falcon 900 aircraft installation of a SmartSky System is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Dassault Aviation Mystere-Falcon 900 is shown on TCDS A46EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, August 23, 2022, is based upon TCDS A46EU. Based on 14 CFR §21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
