1. Installation of a VIP interior in Bombardier Inc. Model BD-700-1A10, serial number 9082 in accordance with Aery Aviation Master Data List Document No. 1730-0000-MDL Rev. E, dated February 17, 2021.

2. Aery Aviation Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Document No. 1730-AFMS Rev. IR, approved March 12, 2020, is required as part of this installation.

3. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Aery Aviation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. 1730-ICA Rev. B, dated May 12, 2020.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. You cannot use descriptive data from this design change to duplicate other products.

This approval is limited to only the installation made in Bombardier, Inc. BD-700-1A10, serial number 9082. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

3. If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.

4. Airworthiness Limitation Tasks must be performed in accordance with Aery Aviation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. 1730-ICA Rev. B, approved December 14, 2020.

5. Operation must be in accordance with Aery Aviation Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Document No. 1730-AFMS Rev. IR, approved March 12, 2020.

6. The utilization of this aircraft, when configured with this STC, is limited to “private, not for hire or common carriage use.”

7. Maximum passenger seating capacity is limited to 12 and only in the seats designated as occupiable during taxi, takeoff and landing. Occupancy of the forward most single place positions of the AFT VIP LOUNGE divans by any occupants is prohibited during taxi, takeoff and landing.

8. This STC does not activate the GoGo inflight cabin wireless Avance L5 System.

Activation will be through FAA STC ST11071SC.

9. STC ST01155LA is a prerequisite for this interior modification.

10. The installation of FAA approved 2 place side facing divans located in the AFT Lounge, part numbers 2523.705.01-01 RH and 2523.705.01-02 LH, with modified divan bottom and backrest cushion assembly part numbers GEXP-010009-502 and GEXP-010009-504 are prerequisite installations for this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Bombardier Inc. BD-700-1A10, serial number 9082 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Bombardier Inc. BD-700-1A10 aircraft as shown on TCDS T00003NY for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for Bombardier Inc. BD-700-1A10 aircraft as shown on TCDS T00003NY for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

•C ompliance with 14 CFR §25.853(a) at Amendment 25-116.

•C ompliance with 14 CFR §25.855(d) at Amendment 25-123.

FAA exemption 7120C and 7259 defined in TCDS T00003NY have been complied with as part of this STC.
