1. Installation of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL20004 Revision N/C, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved on July 10, 2020 or later TCCA approved revisions.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):

2. The following documents are required for these installations and for the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the ATR42-300, ATR42-320, and ATR42-500 aircraft:

a. Operation of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS20004-1 Revision N/C, TCCA approved on June 22, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.

b. Maintenance of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20004-1 Revision N/C, dated June 18, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. The following documents are required for these installations and for the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the ATR72-101, ATR72-102, ATR72-201, ATR72-202, ATR72-212, ATR72-212A aircraft:

a. Operation of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS20004-2 Revision N/C, TCCA approved on June 22, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.

b. Maintenance of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20004-2 Revision N/C, dated June 18, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
