12) This modification requires that the aircraft be shown to be electromagnetically compatible with transmitting portable electronics devices (T-PEDs) that utilize wireless data technologies.

13) The system is intended to provide non-essential, non-required internet connection and email services to the airplane's cabin using portable electronic devices (PEDs). Any other intended function of this equipment will require a re-examination of the certification basis.

14) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
