4) For Astronics Connectivity Systems & Certification List Master Data List, Doc. No. DC104-141856-00, Group 1, incorporation of this design change requires previous installation of FAA STC ST03427NY, Delta Engineering Corporation, Installation of Electric Flight Bags Provisions.

5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
