4) FAA Approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness – Airworthiness Limitations, Chapter 10 of West Star Aviation Document No. A23311P-735, Revision I/R, June 13, 2024, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC.

5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
