EMB-135BJ Installation of Gogo Business Aviation Avance L5 Broadband System in accordance with Dan Buzz & Associates LLC, Master Data List Document No. DB2302001 Revision A, dated October 2, 2023, or later FAA approved revision.
The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the FAA-accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (DB2302004, Revision C, dated September 26, 2023, or later FAA approved revision).
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement DB2302003 Revision IR approved October 31, 2023, for Gogo Business Aviation Avance L5 Broadband, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8l10.48, the certification basis for the Embraer EMB-135BJ aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Embraer EMB-135BJ aircraft is shown on TCDS T00011AT for parts not changed or not affected by this change.
b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, February 26, 2023, is based on TCDS T00011AT and 14 CFR Part 25.
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the baseline modification was determined to be TCDS T00011AT and the following:
