2. Maintenance must be in accordance with STC Twenty One Ltd Instructions for continued airworthiness including Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Document No. S21.AMMS-0060, Issue 1, dated April 6, 2021 or later UK CCA accepted revision, and is required as part of this installation..

3. Operation must be in accordance with STC Twenty One Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement No., S21.FMS-0159 Issue 1, dated March 29, 2021 or later UK CCA approved revision, and is required as part of this installation.

2. You cannot use descriptive data from this design change to duplicate other products.

This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing Model 737-8, Serial Number (S/N) 61329. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of STC Twenty One Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement No., S21.FMS-0159 Issue 1, dated March 29, 2021 or later UK CCA approved revision.

4. Mandatory replacement time and/or inspection intervals are defined in the UK CCA Approved "Airworthiness Limitation Items" in Appendix A section of TC Twenty One Ltd Instructions for continued airworthiness including Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Document No. S21.AMMS-0060, Issue 1, dated April 6, 2021 or later UK CCA accepted revision.

5. The utilization of this aircraft, when configured with this STC, is limited to “private, not for hire or common carriage use”.

6. Maximum passenger seating capacity is limited to 19 and only in the seats designated as occupiable during taxi, takeoff and landing.

7. Operational approval to use T-PED’s must be obtained separately from this STC.

8. FAA STCs ST11068SC and ST04447NY are required for this installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 modification is as follows:
