The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. 1043365 Revision (B), dated 03 SEPT 2024, or later FAA accepted revision in addition to the basic airplane maintenance manuals.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC requires prior or concurrent embodiment of a TPED STC or Service Bulletin.

4. Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulation(s):

14 CFR 25.251(b) Vibration and Buffeting (documented in P&S ELOS Memorandum ST10993CH-T-25.251)

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Bombardier Inc. CL-600-1A11, CL-600-2A12 and CL-600-2B16 Aircraft for Gogo L5 System with MB13 Antenna installations is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for aircraft is shown on TCDS A21EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, February 13, 2024, is based upon TCDS A21EA Based on 14 CFR § 21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
