3. CarlisleIT Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), 900-109031, Revision NC, FAA approved June 24, 2024, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.

4. FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Section 4, Airworthiness Limitations, 900-109032, Revision C, dated October 6, 2025, FAA approved on November 13, 2025, or later approved revision is required.

5. Future installation of this modification must be compatible with Section 5 of ICA, 900-109032.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the modified The Boeing Company 737-800 Series is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for The Boeing Company 737-800 Series is shown on TCDS A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, January 17, 2023, is shown on TCDS A16WE.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the baseline modification was determined to be TCDS A16WE.
