Description of Type Design Change (Continued):

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement G24376M-125 Revision I/R approved July 2, 2024, for the Galley 115VAC/60Hz inverter and USB Charging Ports, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.

2) If the STC holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Section 10, Airworthiness Limitations (AWL), document G23377M-368 Revision I/R, FAA approved on May 7, 2024, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Embraer EMB-545 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Embraer EMB-545 aircraft is shown on TCDS TC00062IB for parts not changed or affected by the change.

b. This certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, October 19, 2023, is based upon TCDS TC00062IB.
