A24339L-108 Revision A, dated July 18, 2024, or later FAA approved revision.
The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number A24339P-286 Revision I/R, dated February 23, 2024, or later FAA accepted revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved Modifications.

2) If the STC holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) This STC is applicable to serial numbers 1 - 342 for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 900EX.
4) FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Chapter 10, Airworthiness Limitations (AWL), document A24339P-286, Revision I/R, FAA approved on July 22, 2024, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 900EX aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 900EX aircraft is shown on TCDS A46EU for parts not changed or affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, December 19, 2023, is as follows:
