2. Operation of the Honeywell MK VIII (EGPWS) Override Control must be in accordance with FAEL Flight Manual Supplement FMS 20070 Revision B, TCCA approved on September 20, 2004, or later TCCA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance of the Honeywell MK VIII (EGPWS) Override Control must be in accordance with FAEL Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS20106 Revision C, dated September 1, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The "Limitations" sections of the FAEL Flight Manual Supplement FMS 20070 Revision B, TCCA approved on September 20, 2004, or later TCCA approved revisions, is applicable as part of this installation.

4. As a prerequisite to this modification the Honeywell MK VIII EGPWS must be installed as part of a FAEL retrofit in accordance with FAA STC ST01646NY or installed by Bombardier or De Havilland Aircaft of Canada Limited as part of a new aircraft manufacture.

5. This retrofit installation is applicable only to aircraft equipped for Maritime Patrol or Maritime Survey operations.

6. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
