3. Maintenance must be in accordance with KF Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement (AMMS) K430-102-001-012 Revision Basic, TCCA approved June 11, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. Installation of FAA STC ST01827LA is required for the installation of a Main Deck Cargo Door and the installation of a Class E Cargo Compartment.

3. Installation of a smoke or fire detection system in the lower aft cargo compartment which has been approved for use in the basic B737-400 aircraft without an auxiliary fuel tank is required.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. Alternate Methods of Compliance (AMOC) to Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2019-15-07 is FAA approved with conditions as specified in the AMOC letter 790-21-13636, dated October 15, 2021.

Basis of Certification:

As defined in Table 2 of KF Aerospace Report K430-102-001-003 Revision A, TCCA approved September 16, 2021 or later TCCA approved revision.
