Installation of Rockwell Collins Venue Retrofit must be in accordance with QCM design GmbH Certification Report, BBD7-QCM23-014-M, Rev. 1, dated September 29, 2021, or later EASA approved revisions. Existing CES system components performing audio/video signal selection and distribution, bulkhead displays, Galley Touchscreen display, DVD players, audio speakers and amplifiers will be removed and replaced with new units from Venue system performing same function.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with QCM design GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness BBD7-QCM23-014-M1-ICA, Initial Issue, Rev. 0, dated April 7, 2021, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
