Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Aerospace Design & Engineering Consultants Ltd Aircraft Manual Supplement No. AMS-DHC-8-Q400-FLYBE, Issue Intial, dated August 01, 2010 and Sections 3.4, 3.5, and 5.0 of Aerospace Design & Engineering Consultants Ltd Modification Summary referenced in item 1 above.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, Model DHC-8-401 Series and DHC-8-402 Series.
4. Limitations and conditions defined in Sections 1.3 and 4.1 of Aerospace Design & Engineering Consultants Ltd Modification Summary, referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC, must be observed.
5. Maintenance must be in accordance with the "Continued Airworthiness", Section
5.0, of Aerospace Design & Engineering Consultants Ltd Modification Summary referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
