1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of Demonstration of Transmitting Personal Electronic Devices (TPED) Tolerance must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Ltd. Modification Data Summary M869000 Revision A, dated January 10, 2025 or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with the following flight manual supplements:
a. For Global Express and Global Express XRS, B/E Aerospace Document M869091 Revision NC, dated June 24, 2021 or later TCCA approved revision.
b. For Global 5000 ft. GVFD, B/E Aerospace Document M869093 Revision NC dated June 24, 2021 or later TCCA approved revision.
c. For Global 6000, B/E Aerospace Document M869095 Revision NC dated June 24, 2021 or later TCCA approved revision.
d. For Global 5000, B/E Aerospace Document R034097 Revision NC dated January 13, 2025 or later TCCA approved revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models in the following configurations:
a. BD-700-1A10 (Global Express, Global Express XRS, Global 6000)
b. BD-700-1A10 (Global Express/XRS) equipped with Primus 2000XP Avionics with or without optional DU-875 LCD displays and modifications in accordance with Bombardier Modsums or Service Bulletins applicable to the BD-700-1A10 Global XRS.
c. BD-700-1A11 (Global 5000, Global 5000 ft. GVFD)
4. This STC is not applicable to BD-700-1A10 (Global 6500) aircraft.
5. This STC is not applicable to BD-700-1A11 (Global 5500) aircraft.
6. Operation must be in accordance with the limitations section of the applicable flight manual supplement referenced in the description of type design change section.
7. This STC does not constitute an operational approval for the use of portable electronic devices (PED) on board. Operational approval must be obtained by the responsible airworthiness authority.
8. This STC does not constitute installation approval of a wireless radio frequency system using wireless data technologies. It only provides data that may partially support its installation or activation.
9. Installation of other equipment and systems not approved under Bombardier approved or specified data requires a re-examination of the type design for tolerance to PED interference.
