1. Installation of ADS-B Upgrade using alternate GPS must be in accordance with H4 Aerospace Modification Summary Sheet and Declaration of Compliance Doc. H4A1883, Issue 10, dated October 14, 2021, or later UK CAA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with H4 Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Doc. H4AICA005, Issue 8, dated October 14, 2021, or later UK CAA accepted revisions.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with H4 Aerospace Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Doc. H4AFMS049, Rev. 9, dated October 8, 2021, or later UK CAA approved revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This STC is applicable to serial numbers as listed in H4 Aerospace Modification Summary Sheet and Declaration of Compliance Doc. referenced in item 1 of the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
