1. Installation of Exterior LED Lights must be in accordance with QCM design GmbH Certification Report Document No. B605-QCM33-001, Rev. 0, dated June 26, 2017, or later EASA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with QCM design GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. B605-QCM33-001-M1-ICA, Rev. 0, dated April 25, 2017, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. This STC is applicable to serial numbers 5301 to 5699 and 5701 to 5990 for the Bombardier Inc. CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant) aircraft.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Section 3.5 "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness - Interval" of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design section of this STC is mandatory.
