1. Removal of Ku-Band Antenna Provisions must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Master Data List No. 0819-01-A-MDL-R00, Rev. 00, dated September 27, 2016, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No.

0819-01-A-ICA-R00, Rev. 00, dated July 21, 2016, or later EASA accepted revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. FAA STC ST03753NY pre-requisite provisioning modifications are required to be embodied prior to this modification.

5. The EASA approved "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Aeroconseil Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, referenced under the Description of the Type Design section of this STC, is mandatory.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Airbus SAS A320 Model -211/-212/-214/-231/-232/ and -233 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Airbus SAS A320 Model -211/-212/-214/-231/-232/ and -233 is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for Airbus SAS A320 Model -211/-212/-214/-231/-232/ and -233 is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts changed or affected by the change plus the following 14 CFR exceptions:
