The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.
(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make: Learjet Inc., Models: 24D, 24D-A, 24E, 24F, 24F-A, 25, 25A, 25B, 25C, 25D, 25F, 28, 29, 31, 31A, 35, 35A (C-21A), 36 & 36A.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Learjet Inc, 24D, 24D-A, 24E, 24F, 24F-A, 25, 25A, 25B, 25C, 25D, 25F, 28, 29, 31, 31A, 35, 35A (C-21A), 36 & 36A aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS A10CE.
b. The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference application date, February 19, 2024, is based upon 14 CFR part 25 including Amendments 25-2, 25-3, 25-4, 25-7, 25-10, 25-12, 25-18, 25-21, and 25-30, plus §§ 25.301, 25.303, 25.581, 25.611, and 25.775(a) of Amendment 25-23, §§
25.603 and 25.605 of Amendment 25-46, §§ 25.305 and 25.1529 of Amendment 25-54, § 25.307 of Amendment 25-72, § 25.613 of Amendment 25-112, including FAA Special Conditions 25-72-CE-8, and 25-99-CE-14.
