560XL Installation of Battery Temperature Indicator in accordance with (1) Master Data List C56X-MDL-0124, Rev IR, dated 31 May2024, or later FAA approved revision. (2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 977-0688, Rev OR, dated 14Mar2024, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and§ 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Textron Aviation Inc. Model: 560XL is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS A22CE.
