(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make: The Boeing Company Models:

777-200LR Series, 777-300ER Series & 777-200 Series.

(4) Separate approval for Title 14 CFR Part 25 Subparts B & C (Flight & Structure) is required for the SpaceX Starlink Antenna Assembly installation. SpaceX STC ST04738NY meets this approval requirement.

(5) The SpaceX Starlink Aviation System may not interface with any aircraft system other than power and ground.

(6) Operational approval to permit use of Portable Electronic Devices (PED) is not part of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for The Boeing Company Models: 777-200LR Series, 777-300ER Series & 777-200 Series is as follows:

(1) The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS T00001SE.

(2) The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference application date, July 3, 2024, is based upon 14 CFR part 25 (dated 01Feb1965) as amended by Amendments 25-1 through 25-100, with the exception of those above 25-100 as follows:

25.613(a)(b)(c) amdt 25-112, 25.853(a) amdt 25-116, 25.869(a)(1)(4) amdt 25-113,

25.1353(a)(d) amdt 25-113, 25.1431(c) amdt 25-113.
