Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Bombardier Inc, Models BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 is as follows:

(1) The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc, Models BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 airplanes is shown on TCDS T00003NY for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

(2) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application November 15, 2024, is based upon Part 25 (effective 1Feb1965) as amended by 25-1 through Amendment 25-94, Amendment 25-96, and Amendment 25-97, plus § 25.613 of Amendment 25-112 and § 25.853 of Amendment 25-116.
