(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable models.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus SAS Model: A318 Series, A319 Series, A320 Series, A321 Series, is as follows:

(1) The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS A28NM.

(2) The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference application date, July 31, 2025, is based upon 14 CFR part 25 (dated 01Feb1965) as amended by Amendments 25-1 through 25-86.

(3) Compliance has been demonstrated to 14 CFR Part 26.11(c) amdt 26-7.
