(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(3) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) C68A-AFMS-0097, Rev IR, dated July 24, 2026, or later FAA approved revision, is required and must be carried during all flights.
(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable model.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc., Model: 680A:
(1) The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS): T00012WI.
(2) The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference application date, September 21, 2021, is in accordance with TCDS: T00012WI, Revision 16.
