IR, dated 16 OCT 2026 or later FAA approved revision. (2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness CRJ2-ICA-0233, Rev B, dated 07 OCT 2026, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the owner/operator at the time of installation.
The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program. (3) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement CRJ2-AFMS-0233, Rev IR, dated 16 OCT 2026, or later FAA approved revision, is required and must be carried during all flights.
(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
(3) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable model.

(4) The SpaceX Starlink Aviation System may not interface with any aircraft system other than power and ground.
(5) Operational approval to permit use of Portable Electronic Devices (PED) is not part of this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for MHI RJ Aviation ULC, CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) aircraft is as follows:
(1) The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS A21EA-1.
(2) The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference application date, June 16, 2026, is based upon 14 CFR part 25, effective Feb 1, 1965, as amended through 25-62, with the exception of those above 25-62 as follows, 14 CFR:
25.305(a)(b) amdt 25-86, 25.307(a) amdt 25-72, 25.365(a)(b)(d)(e) amdt 25-87,
